★ I take payment via paypal(goods & services only) or cashapp.
★ After we discuss the commission and I’ve set a price, I expect to receive full payment BEFORE I start on it. (I will only discuss payment plans on purchases over $100)
★ I don’t do refunds after I’ve already started. This rule is different for customs, read that section for more info.
★ I can decline a commission for any reason.
★ I will not make major changes to a piece after it’s finished. I’m very communicative with WIPS/sketches. If something is wrong let me know then.
★ I share my commission work by default, if you want it to stay private you must let me know in the beginning
★ my art is not to be sold/used for commercial purposes UNLESS discussed with me and agreed upon. (ex. making stickers out of it and selling them)
★ My art is not to be put through any sort of AI engine.
★ Do not steal/trace/claim my work as your own or erase my watermark
★ I don’t do deadlines, my commissions can take anywhere from a couple days to 1-4 months to be finished.
★ Please don’t ask me for excessive updates! I understand being excited, but this stresses me out and kills my motivation. I keep good track of my commissions, and I prefer to send WIPS on my own time. I also work fulltime so most of my commission work is done during the weekend.
★ I prefer that you have a toyhouse! It makes it easier for me to keep track of my designs, but it’s not required as I can always email files.
★ upon purchasing/receiving a design by me you have full rights to the character. You can change whatever you want design-wise but do not remove my credit.
★If you want to add any notes/slight alterations to the OG artwork you may do so, as long as you keep a unedited version of it somewhere & don't mess with my watermark.
★ I can't control what you do with my designs once they're yours, but i ask that you don't use them to make hateful bigoted material. I don't want to be associated with that.
★ don’t sell my designs for more than they’re worth unless it has extra art.
★ I can go off of just about anything as far as themes go, however you accept that I will take artistic liberties if you give me a very vague theme/little to no details.
★ If you’re unhappy with a finished custom you can either ask for a complete redesign, or I can give you a partial refund. There will still be a small fee for my time and energy. ($5-$10)
★ I reserve the right to take ownership of the rejected design and sell it as an adopt.
★ after you claim an adopt I must receive payment within 3 days or I will sell it to the next person.
★ I don’t like doing holds at ALL but I understand situations vary so the longest I will do holds for is also 3 days.
★ please don’t ghost me after you’ve claimed an adopt, that is a waste of time and very inconsiderate. If you do not have the means to pay do not offer. I will not blacklist you or anything but I will take a mental note of it and probably not accept any future offers/commissions from you.
